Establishing business cooperation
RE: THE FULL CORPORATE OFFER. (F.C.O)
We, Kitwe general traders, hereby confirm with full legal corporate
responsibility and authority that the following commodity is available under the stated terms and conditions
herein:
Commodity: Rough (un-cut) Commercial Diamond.
Quality: From 4.51 carats per 1 pc, mostly as per manifest assay report.
Quantity: 2887.19 carats. Size: As per assay analyzed report. Country of origin: Angola & DRC. Loading Port: Any port as per buyer's will.
Packing: By wooden sealed/metal sealed box. Price: USD 700 per i Carat FOB Dar Es Salaam.
Delivery: The buyer will facilitate shipping procedure by paying pre-shipping costs which amount will be deducted from the final payment at the buyer's destination.
Payment: By cash, Swift Wire Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to Seller's designated Bank account. TT shall be in a mutual accord and agreement by both sides. PROCEDURES FOR DIAMOND EXPORT.
1. Setter sends the FCO to the buyer. 2* Buyer and seller sign this FCO.
3. The Buyer/Representative must come at the port of loading for verification dip inspection together
during the Export process; meanwhile, by the Kimberly inspection shall follow before the Export.
4. After export, buyer and seller skillfully together to buyer's destination for final payments.
5. • The seller's export agents complete the shipment as per FOB terms.
6. Final payment of cargo and freight will be effected upon arrival of the goods at the buyer's
destination.
7. The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of signing the FCO.
