I need a investment to invest in the Maldives on the following projects. This just a brief on the two projects which i want to develop. Once if you give us clear indication for your willingness to invest on whatever terms and conditions, we will send you the project plans.
Project 1
(Need a Loan or Investor)
To build a apartment complex in the Capital City Male', which the investment is around 4 million US$ and recover period is 4 years. Area of the Capital city is about 1 1/2 miles in length and width is 700 meters. Total population id about 320,000 people and 1/3 of the population is living in the Capital City. The demand of the apartment complex is very high and 500 square feet 2 bedroom apartment is US$ 1000.00 per month.
Project 2
(Need a Loan or investor)
To develop a tourist resort in the Maldives. I have two virgin islands where we can developed a resort. The advantage and beauty of the resort is one island one resort complex, it means one management and no public interference. The room rates are not restricted from the government and its up to the Management to decide how much the room rates should be. The present room rates starts from US$ 275 up words and go on to US$ 15,000.00 per person per night. The total occupancy rates through out the year is 74.79 percent and this was the lowest. All the resorts are modernized and cater for upper market. There are so many water bungalows and sea plans available in the Market. Sea plans used for transfer from the airport to the resort (Separated Islands). Its up to the investors decision to decide how many water bungalows should be placed and how many rooms. The Government tax would be US$ 1 per bed per night. The last year 800,000 tourist arrival be recorded from the statistics. Security for the investor is that, the company or investor has to register in the court with the local partner and the investor has 100% rights to fight back. Recover period for your investment is 6 years and the total investment is US$ 45,000,000.00 millions.
